Expression of Interests:

Kids Fitness/ Nutrition classes- interest list still active

Kids Dance Classes- details are being discussed with an instructor.

Please note we will not have a financial interest in these classes should they eventuate.

A very Happy New Year to you all!!

I trust that your 2008 is off to a fabulous start and that wonderful things are already happening for you, your families and friends...

With school back and settled in for those of you with children, and most people back from any holidays over the Festive Season,
it's time to get together & catch up for coffee!

When: 10am, Wednesday 23rd January

Where: Upstairs, Al Ghazal Golf Club (please email for directions if needed)

Cost: 15dhs per person for coffee, biscuits & cake

RSVP: Wednesday 16th January

I am also looking forward to launching the first phase of the new www.khalifaliving.com website at the coffee morning and welcome
all thoughts and ideas for additional content and inclusions! I really want to do all we can to make life in the Khalifa City easier for all
and build a real sense of community here and in the surrounding suburbs for everyone to enjoy.

Julee, will also be joining us, coming down specially from Dubai - so any of you who didn't get the opportunity to talk to her before
her move can certainly do so!

If any of you or your friends are interested in having a stall at one of our Coffee Mornings, please let me know, and of course if any of you
want to pass this invitation on to other friends you might think are interested, then I would be most grateful!

Directions to Al Ghazal Golf Course from Abu Dhabu city

Take any road out of town and follow signs pointing to the airport.

Follow map directions
Drive up to clubhouse.
There are 2 buildings on the left side. We will be in left building upstairs. Enter via reception.
It should only be 20-25 minutes from town.

How to get there from Al Ain

Come down the Al Ain road, you will go past Al Mafraq and then come up to the main road towards the airport, you need to turn right, it should be signposted something like Abu Dhabi Airport, Dubai, Khalifa City A, Al Raha Beach etc. Once you are on the main road to the airport, you past a speed camera on your left, then there is a a turning towards Khalifa City A/B (North and South) and Al Raha Beach, ignore that, stay on the main road, go under the bridge, past an ADNOC petrol station, then a speed camera on your left, take the next turning on your right, it should be signposted Al Ghazal Golf Club, you then join another road, then there is a roundabout (this is not a normal roundabout, as you have right of way onto the roundabout), you go around to your left, then you have to give way, and then up the road, then take the next turning on your left and you are there.
